Garlic Mashed Taters

I'm on week 2 of my 5/3/1 training plan and it's been going really well! Trying to build muscle mass means I'm getting more carbs than usual which means I get to load up on some extra starchy goodness, :)

Here's some awesome garlicky mashed potatoes that I had for dinner tonight.

Garlic Mashed Taters (serves 6), ~30min

1 lb red potatoes
1 C Fage 2% Greek Yogurt
3 cloves of garlic

Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, add a liberal amount of garlic salt
While water is boiling, cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes
Add the potato cubes to the boiling water and cook at a hard boil for 15 minutes
While the potatoes are boiling, mince the garlic cloves and mix them into the yogurt (I used my stand mixer with paddle attachment)
Drain the potatoes, saving a little bit of the potato water, and add the potatoes to the yogurt
Mix until you've reached your desired smoothness or lumpiness

Nutrition Facts per 1/2 cup serving (I got these by entering the ingredients into MyFitnessPal)
90 cal, 15.3g carbs, 0.2g fat, 6.6g protein
